FAQ

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: Most of our products ship in 3 to 5 days unless they are completely custom designs or higher volume orders (100+). We are available any time Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm through our website messenger if you have any questions about your order.

Q: Will I be able to track my order once it ships?

A: Yes! We ship everything via USPS First Class Package or Priority and you will automatically be sent an email once your order ships.

Q: What if I want to order something but I want to change the font?

A: We are always open to custom orders and are willing to change the designs to fit your theme and style. Send us a message so we can discuss a custom quote.

Q: Do you engrave customer-supplied personal items [locally]?

A: At this time we do not engrave customer supplied items. We only stock and supply blank items that are specifically manufactured to strict engravable standards.
